We exist to meet the educational needs of our students. We provide our students with a combination of curriculum-based and creative-based learning as well as supportive services that are essential to overall success. We invite you to explore our school to find out more about the variety of courses, programs, and activities Victory Academy has to offer.

Victory Academy’s coursework includes core classes such as Language Arts, Math, Natural & Social Sciences, and Technology, as well as various individual courses geared towards the creative and visual arts.

The Abeka Book

Victory Academy uses the Abeka Book Curriculum. Abeka is a leading educational program with a proven track record of providing over 50 years of excellence in education. Our program focuses on developing and mastering the student’s communicative skills beginning with a strong reading and writing program.

Why Abeka?

Some curriculums incorporate faith and doctrine, but neglect academics. Some include challenging academics, but neglect faith; the materials are mainly secular, with a few verses sprinkled in. With Abeka, you can count on high academics AND a biblical worldview, so your students aren’t left half prepared to make a difference in the world.

We approach every subject from a Christian perspective, and you’ll find Scripture and biblical principles used to emphasize or illustrate concepts.

Experiential Learning

Field trips will be integrated throughout the curriculum, providing students with the opportunity to explore new cultures and situations. This factor is key to our philosophy of ensuring that our students are valuable assets to society. Each class will travel on several field trips throughout the year to include the following venues: art museums, theater shows, cultural festivals, and professional sporting events. We believe in the importance of making our students aware of all the diverse and vibrant cultures, in our community. These outings will be educational trips of the highest caliber, providing abundant opportunities for personal and academic growth.

Creative, Performing & Visual Arts

There are some exciting course options available within creative, performing and visual arts at Victory Academy. We aim to encourage each student in confident risk-taking so that they may discover independence of thought and style that allows them to express their individuality and pursue their ambition.

Recording Arts, Music Theory and Flutophone

Our music department will inspire every student to reach deep and find the music within. In this department, students will have the opportunity to learn basic music theory, vocal techniques, and be introduced to and taught how to use some of the latest recording software.

Drama

Our drama department will awaken the imagination in every student. Students will have the opportunity to explore the world of theatre while learning the stage and how to express themselves in confidence in front of an audience.
