Thank you for your interest in Victory Academy School!

We exist to meet the educational needs of our students.  Students are provided with a combination of curriculum-based and creative-based learning and are supported by services for both the student and their immediate family that are essential to the student’s overall success.  I invite you to explore our web site to find out more about the variety of courses, programs, and activities we have to offer.  To request more information or to schedule a family interview and tour, please call us between the hours of 9 am to 3 pm or complete the form on our “Contact Us” page.

2025-2026 Tuition & Fees

The following are Tuition and Fees for 2025 to 2026 school year:

Application

This fee is non-refundable and due with application.

Enrollment

This fee is due upon acceptance and is non-refundable unless the school is unable to enroll the student.

This fee is due upon acceptance and is non-refundable unless the school is unable to enroll the student.

Re-Enrollment

This fee applies to all current Victory Academy Students. It is non-refundable.

This non-refundable fee covers graduation and transcript request expenses.

Supply Fees & Lunch

The following are Supply Fees for the 2025 to 2026 school year.  Supply fees include books and additional supplies for specials and electives. Payments are non-refundable.

Parents are responsible for lunch Monday-Thursday. On Fridays, VA will supply pizza, chips, and juice or water for $3.00

Annual Tuition by Grades:

We offer three tuition payment plans for your convenience. Please note that if a payment plan is selected, there will be no re-calculation for early payments. The payment amounts and due dates for each plan are shown as follows:

Grades: K5 through 5th

Yearly Tuition $8,500.00

Ten Payments | No Discount | Due On 15th each month | August 1, 2025 - May 15, 2026

Grades: 6th through 8th

Yearly Tuition $8,000.00

Grades: 9th through 12th

Please Note:

If your child is a recipient of a scholarship,  it is your responsibility to verify  scholarship payments within the allotted time frame and to provide any award information at the time of enrollment. Please note that the balance on your account, after the scholarship, is your responsibility. Payments are allowed by cash, debit and credit cards, or money orders. NO CHECKS.  If your child is enrolled in the middle of the school year, you will receive information regarding your child’s total tuition owed at that time. If a payment plan is necessary, please inquire at the time of enrollment.

Victory Academy Dress Code:

The following is information and instruction for Victory Academy’s Dress Code:

Burgundy vests and sweaters are available but optional. However, if a vest is worn over a shirt, the vest must be embroidered.

****The students are required to purchase a lightweight sweater or cardigan (black, gray, white, or burgundy) for the cooler months or to wear in the classrooms when the rooms are cooler.****

All pants can be purchased at any local retailer. Please make sure that you measure your child according to the size chart given at www.frenchtoast.com.

​MONDAY, TUESDAY, AND FRIDAY DRESS CODE

All elementary students  (K4-5th) are to wear black slacks and a burgundy or white polo shirt. All shirts must be embroidered. Shoes must be black or white. Students in 3rd grade up must wear a belt if pants have belt loops.

All middle and high school students  (6th-12th) are to wear black or grey slacks and a burgundy or white polo shirt. All shirts must be embroidered. Shoes must be black or white. Students in 3rd grade up must wear a belt if pants have belt loops.

WEDNESDAYS

WEDNESDAYS are considered dress for success days, and on those days, students must wear the white oxford blouse or peter pan blouse with a tie. Cross ties should be worn only by girls.

All elementary girls (K4-5th) are to wear the burgundy plaid jumper with white polo shirts with a cross tie. All jumpers must be embroidered. Shoes must be black or white.

All elementary boys (K4-5th) are to wear black slacks, white button down oxford shirt with a tie. All shirts must be embroidered. Shoes must be black or white.

All middle school and high school girls (6th-12th) are to wear the Plaid 54 skirt with a white polo shirt with a tie. All shirts must be embroidered. Shoes must be black or white.

All middle school and high school boys (6th-12th) are to wear black or grey slacks and a  white button down oxford shirt with a tie. All shirts must be embroidered. Shoes must be black or white.

DRESS CODE STANDARDS FOR BOTH LADIES AND GENTLEMEN

Students are to be neat and well-groomed. All attire must be clean, modest, and appropriately sized – not too small or tight and not too large.

Tops must be long enough to cover midriff and bottoms must fit appropriately at the waistline.

Tops such as collared shirts or plain sweatshirts may have small pocket-sized logos. Brand names, logos, or graphics bigger than the palm of one’s hand are not proper classroom attire.

Sweatpants, athletic pants, yoga pants, spandex leggings, flannel pajamas, jeans or athletic shorts are not appropriate classroom attire with the following exception: Jeans may be worn on Fridays. Frayed and torn jeans that are torn above the knees are not proper classroom attire.

Shoes should be worn at all times.

Plastic shoes such as athletic slides and flip flops are not appropriate.
Middle and high school students may wear sandals.
Elementary school students must have heel straps or closed backs.

Visible tattoos are not appropriate in the school environment.
Sunglasses may only be worn in the case of a medical need.
No cross-gender dressing is permitted within the Victory Academy School community.

DRESS CODE FOR LADIES

In addition to the Dress Code Standards for Ladies and Gentlemen above, ladies should follow the following guidelines.

Tops (Ladies)

Necklines on dress code tops (including dresses) cannot be more than 3” below the collarbone
Tops must have at least short sleeves and cannot show undergarments or come off the shoulder. Tank tops and cropped tops are not appropriate classroom attire.
Tops must be opaque (no sheer or ultra-thin fabrics).

Bottoms (Ladies)

Pants must be loose fitting. Acceptable pants can be straight, boot cut, flare, trouser cut, as well as loose fitting dress pants.
Shorts, skirts, and dresses must be no more than 4” above the crease at back of the knee. Leggings may only be worn under a dress code length skirt/dress.
Note: Long shirts are not dresses.
For uneven hemlines, the shortest part of the hemline may be no more than 4” above the middle of the knee. Fabrics may not be sheer unless an appropriate slip is worn underneath, no undergarments or outline may show.

Grooming (Ladies)

Makeup and hair color should look natural
Only pierced ear jewelry is appropriate for the classroom environment

DRESS CODE FOR GENTLEMEN

In addition to the Dress Code Standards for Ladies and Gentlemen above, gentlemen should follow the following guidelines.

Tops (Gentlemen)

Tops (collared or non-collared) must be neat, appropriate sized, and have at least short sleeves. Tank tops and cropped tops are not appropriate classroom attire.

Collared shirts must be appropriately sized so that they remain tucked in at all times. Non-collared shirts do not need to be tucked in.

Bottoms (Gentlemen)

Casual pants such as khaki and cargo style, or dress slacks must be appropriately sized and sit securely at the waist. Belts should be used if needed to satisfy this requirement.
Belts should always be worn when wearing a collared shirt.

Note: K4-2nd grade is not required to wear a belt.

Shorts must be no more than 4” above the crease at the back of the knee.

Grooming (Gentlemen)

Hair must be neatly groomed

If students choose to wear locs, we would like for them to be clean and styled neatly.

Body piercings are not allowed
Appropriately sized necklaces are permitted in the school environment
Faces must be clean-shaven
